Our fertilization and weed control services are designed to give the mowing homeowner or landscaper that may not be licensed, the option to mow themselves and have the lawn they have always wanted. We apply all the fertilizers, nutrients and broadleaf weed control needed without you having to mess with herbicides, sprayers or fertilizer spreaders. We also offer aeriation and overseeding to keep your lawn lush all year long.

Round #1 – Early Spring (Feb/Mar)

Fertilizer with a high analysis of Nitrogen, crabgrass preventer and broadleaf weed herbicides. This will feed your lawn for green up while controlling any broadleaf weeds. The crabgrass prevention will help reduce breakouts in the coming summer.

Spring Grub Control – (March)

Grub Control is applied to your lawn area, this will assure little to no grub damage will occur when the white grubs start to make their way to the surface feeding on your grass roots.

Round #2 – Late Spring (April)

Fertilizer with Iron and Nitrogen are applied. Another crabgrass preventer and broadleaf weed control is applied again for longer residual control. This round will encourage a deep, dark green color while controlling broadleaf weeds and reducing any crabgrass outbreak in the summer months.

Round #3 – Early Summer (May)

A balanced, all purpose fertilizer is applied with Phosphorus and Potassium to prepare your lawn for the upcoming summer stress. Any remaining broadleaf weeds are treated as needed.

Round #4 – Summer (June/July)

A high analysis of Phosphorus and Potassium is applied with a soil conditioner and bio stimulants to help support roots and overall health of your lawn in the high temperatures and humidity of summer.

Summer Grub Control – (June/July)

Grub control is applied to your lawn area. Japanese beetles will be laying their eggs and this will assure no freshly hatched eggs (white grubs) feed on your lawn before overwintering and maturing.

Round #5 – Late Summer (Aug)

This round consists of cleaning up any remaining broadleaf weeds that may break through in thin areas. It is also the best and last time to target any weeds before seeding.

Round #6 – Fall (Oct)

A balanced fertilizer is applied with a high analysis of Phosphorus. This is exactly what your seeded lawn needs to germinate and develop a strong root system. No herbicide will be applied.

Round #7 –  Winter (Nov/Dec)

This round consists of a slower releasing Nitrogen fertilizer with added Iron for color and for energy storage for grass over the colder winter months. If newer grasses are mature enough broadleaf weeds may be treated with a herbicide.
