Aeration and Overseeding Services

Did you know Aeration and Overseeding is vital to rebuilding your turf from the stresses of summer?  It should be done every year to build a thick, lush lawn and fall is the best time to perform this service.  We use professional open tine aerators that pull plugs from the ground at an average depth of 2’’-4’’.  We use premium turf type tall fescue seed after aeration. It is best to water after aeration and overseeding for the best germination results.
