Mowing: Turf areas are mowed weekly during the growing season and as needed during the dormant season. String Trimming will be performed in hard to reach areas and where mowers can’t access. Before leaving grass clippings will be blown away from hard surfaces. On average you will receive 32 cuts per year.
Edging: Crisp lines along concrete walks, curbs and drives complete the manicured look of your lawn. Professional edging will be done on every other mowing visit during the growing season and as needed during the dormant season.
Mulch: Fresh Mulch makes everything look better, defines edges while adding color and protection to plants. We have a wide variety of mulch types and colors to choose from. Spring and Fall are the best times to mulch.
Lawn Care Treatments: Fertilization and weed control is vital for a healthy lawn. Turf areas are treated 6 times per year with a blend of balanced fertilizers, pre and post emergent herbicides, and organic nutrients to help fight unwanted broadleaf weeds.
Shrub Pruning: Bushes and shrubs are trimmed and pruned up to 3 times per year depending on the plant type. Bushes and shrubs can be trimmed up to 8 feet above level ground.
Aeration & Overseeding: Fall is the best time to aerate and overseed. In most cases, it requires a 48’’ pathway and somewhat level surfaces. Turf type tall fescue seed will be used. This is the most important thing you can do for your lawn every year in the fall.
